Shopify Webhook To Integrate NetSuite Using SuiteScript (Suitelet) Not triggering

Hi,
I have created a Suitelet in NetSuite to get data from Shopify and created a webhook for order payment events in that I have used an external URL or suitelet, which will get called when any order payment is created in a Shopify account.
But it is not working; I have tried with a test link which is also not working.

This link calls a Suitelet which when I personally paste the link in the URL is works. However when I click "Send Test Notification" I do not see any evidence that the Suitelet has been executed. The first line of the suitelet is;
