ShopifyAnalytics trekkie parameter config

Hello, all; I am needing to update a parameter on the ShopifyAnalytics trekkie.load function called; siteSpeedSampleRate. I've tried the 'replace' function on the content_for_header tag, but that is not working. Is there a way to modify those parameters?
