Shopping Cart Illustrating Incorrect Post Discount Amount

Hello

I have applied an automatic 25% discount applied to all products. 

As per the attachment, this 25% discount is illustrated correctly at the product level but there is another figure which is 50% off the product value illustrated in bold at the bottom. This doesn't make any sense?

I have no other apps installed which could be conflicting. Please can you advise of a solution to this if possible? Thank you

If no app is used to manage discount display, and no dev edited the cart page, then it might be a deffect in your theme. In that case, you should first try to reach out to the theme support, and in last case hire a dev to fix your issue.
