Should I hire an accountant or should I add a program for the accounting of my store? And what's the process? What do I have to do?

I'm happy to provide some guidance with managing the shops finances to get this resolved. While Shopify provides you with the tools needed to successfully manage your shop, you can certainly look to hiring an accountant or utilizing an app to better organize finances. I recommend checking out our Finance Report Documentation however, as it touches on what key information is available to you as well as where to locate it. 

The finance report will provide you will the following details:

• Finance Summary 
• Sales Finance Report
• Payment Finance Report
• Liabilities Finance Report
• Gift Card Amounts

Alternatively, you can check out the Shopify App Store for an app to help process, record, summarize, and manage the shops finances. I have suggested a few below you can check out:
