Show shipping discounts or free based on current user's location and price in cart

Hi all,

Current theme only supports free shipping progress bar in cart with hard-coded values in theme settings.

What I want to do is syncing shipping rates setting (which could be vary depending on zone) into this block. So basically, I want to know if it's possible to access shipping rates in cart.liquid, and display amount and message based on price in cart.

I think it is feasible at some level. It depends on the carrier partner that you are using and the type of product. You require a customization in your store. Feel free to contact me if you require assistance with customization.
