Show Variants on Collection Page

I am switching to Symmetry theme. How can I add a preview of variants under each product on the Collection page? If a customer is scrolling through tops, I want them to see what sizes it comes in without having to click the product. I would also like for sold out sizes to be striked through.

Hey @macyrodrigue I was able to implement something like this on one of the client's site for a free theme by Shopify.

It shows variants of each product with their images. We can also do colours as well instead of images.
