It looks like you may have been charged for an existing account subscription you have on our platform. If this is the case and you didn't intend to have a store, then please make sure to close the account to cease all future billing immediately. 

 

Once the store has been closed, you can bring up past charges with our Live Team for review directly. Since we charge on a prorated basis for your billing cycle, we can certainly offer a good faith review of unused services. This is reviewed on a case by case basis and is subject to our Terms of Service
