Hi Guys,
Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, so I thought I would ask.
Last couple of weeks, we have realized that the Analytics in Shopify have changed for our site dramatically. If we have one visitor who clicks on multiple pages, products, urls on our site, that one visitor is showing as multiple visitors.
For example, we recently had a visitor who found us via Google. That showed up in Live View and Analytics Dashboards as one visitor (Search). However, every time they moved to a different page, it showed up as a new visitor (Direct), with that URL showing up in our Dashboard. (Google Analytics still showing as one user). We haven’t had this issue before.
Is anyone else experiencing this same situation? Is this an issue on our site, or is this a new Shopify issue?
Thanks in advance.
