Out of the blue my website says it can not be reached. All my billing info is up to date and when I check my status on the shopify app it is clean. Can anyone help? My website is kainscustoms.com

1. Have you received any emails from Shopify regarding your status?
2. Is the domain kainscustoms.com hosted on a third-party (GoDaddy, Bluehost, etc.)
3. What is your .myshopify.com URL?

I have no clue what the issue can be. Everything seems clean and up to date. Let me know if you have any ideas.

Typically, this suggests that you may have an issue with your domain! Login to your Shopify Admin and go to 'Settings > Domains' to see if you have any flags or error messages there regarding your domain. If you don't notice any error messages there, then I recommend reaching out to our Authenticated Support Team via our AI Assistant so we can get you authenticated, and properly look into this with you!
