sitemap_products_1.xml doesn't fetch on Google Search Console

The URL to the shop is: https://lavacar-tienda.myshopify.com/

I'm looking for a solution to the "doesn't fetch" when adding the sitemap.xml, where it gets stuck at sitemap_products_1.xml. Opening https://lavacar-tienda.myshopify.com/sitemap_products_1.xml?from=9157188911445&to=9469299851605 in a browser works as expected, it shows the XML tree.

As of August 27 of 2024, all systems are operational (https://www.shopifystatus.com/)

Does someone experience this issue? How did you fix it?
I tried to change language back to English for the first screenshot, but it didn't seem to apply. I hope it still goes across.

Have you added the main sitemap URL as https://lavacar-tienda.myshopify.com/sitemap.xml?

In addition, please try adding the product-specific sitemap separately:

https://lavacar-tienda.myshopify.com/sitemap_products_1.xml?from=9157188911445&to=9469299851605

This can help speed up the crawling process. After the sitemap has been crawled, check the main sitemap to ensure no errors. If the main sitemap is successfully crawled without any issues, you can remove the newly added product-specific sitemap, as it won't be necessary for future product additions.

In Google Search Console, just submit this sitemap.xml.
https://lavacar-tienda.myshopify.com/sitemap.xml

This sitemap pointing to all products is already included in sitemap.xml, no need to submit again.

thanks but after 3-4 days of re submission of sitemap in console, the sitemap was valid.
