hi, my site is very slow, loading pages and when pressing add to cart it takes a lot of time, like 10 seconds from 1 page to the other.
i talked with a couple of experts and they told me that shopify build there own chache
thats what he told me - "I noticed that trying to go from the home page to internal pages takes forever and I think it's something in the code or something that prevents the transition. But it has another effect and that is the cache, Shopify builds an automatic cache for all the pages within their system and sometimes it doesn't work well, so maybe you should also ask their support, etc., to check the cache, etc."

Your store loaded pretty fast for me on my end, in around 1 second. Do you have many apps installed that effects the front end? Have you made changes to your theme's code? Can you also tell me what theme you are using?

Your website loaded fairly quickly for me but when I started clicking around it was very slow. Opening a product took pretty long and adding to cart was also extremely slow. Do you have any custom coding done to your site?

hi kitana, yes i have an app called section store and i think its a code that you add throw tha app, the add to cart button and all the videos is from there
Thank you for getting back to me and confirming that information. I believe the app you're using that has added the coding is causing this issue. When I tried to add a product to cart it actually didn't finish loading at all. It was spinning for 10 minutes. When I entered your website it loaded at a normal speed, so I don't think it's the amount of videos you have added but the coding specifically that is causing the issues.
If you go to the Section Store app page you will find a support button on the left hand side that looks like this:
You can reach out to their support team there and they should be able to help you with this.
