Hello, 

I'm not able to link my website to any of my Social's. Instagram/ Meta and Pinterest. I'm unable to add products, whenever I try to create an pin or tag even though it shows on my Shopify app account that its active.

There might be a few things off behind the scenes.

First, I’d recommend double-checking that your accounts are properly linked within your Shopify dashboard. You’ll want to make sure you’ve connected your Instagram, Meta, and Pinterest accounts in the right sales channels section (you might need to reauthorize the connection). Sometimes disconnecting and reconnecting can resolve small syncing issues.

For Instagram and Meta, make sure your Facebook account has the correct permissions and is set up as a business account, since you won’t be able to tag products without it.

On Pinterest, check your product feed settings to ensure your catalog is being pulled correctly from Shopify. You might also want to double-check any currency or region settings that could be causing issues with visibility.
