Split Collection Description on Impact Theme

Hi, I want to have my collection description split. So that I can have a short description above product grid, and then long description beneath.

I have found general answers about identifying collection-description and then adding a split in the code. However, my Impact theme does not have collection.description under collection.liquid or collection-template.liquid, the impact theme has a collection.json, and then the collection.description is under collection-banner.liquid.

What can I do in this circumstance?

I want to do all this for SEO benefit reasons.

This can be done using metafield, create a rich text metafield at collection level.

Put the code of metafield at the bottom of the collection-grid liquid file.
