Split variants as seperate products for my theme

Hi,

I am trying to split my product variants as seperate products on the collections page for shopify's ware house theme. I got as far as splitting the product variants but I cannot seem to fix the rendering of the product card correctly. Did anyone else encounter this challenge before?
