We have had our site for a while, but recently, we started to sometimes get 403 forbidden errors. We are note sure if customers see these also or if it's just the team. Sometimes the site works, other times not... Do you know what can cause that? Thank you so much!

To ensure this is not related to a browser issue, I'd recommend attempting some local troubleshooting steps whenever you receive that error. For ease, I've gone ahead and listed these steps below for you to attempt to see if this helps to resolve:
Clear your Cache and Cookies.
Access the shop in an Incognito Tab.
Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
Try Another Device.
Try accessing from the Shopify Mobile App.
Make sure your device isUp To Date.
If after attempting all of the steps outlined above, you continue to receive that error, pleaseContact Us directly. It's likely just a cache issue, which local troubleshooting should resolve. If not, our advisor team can take a closer look and ensure it's resolved as quickly as possible.
