Hi guys,
it's been 2 days that my Shopify store is closed because an error of certificate.
Subject: bit.ly
Issuer: DigiCert EV RSA CA G2
The main domain is bought and managed by Shopify. I saw many people in the same case and all solution required a technical team intervention. I don't have any orders and traffic on my store since 2 days... it's a nightmare. Is any Shopify expert could help us to solve that situation?
Thanks to all in advance
I am in the same position. After Hubspot changed my DNS settings on my hosting provider GoDaddy, I had to reset the settings (A record and CNAME). I did this according to shopify help instructions and validated with GoDaddy technical support. I am still getting the error message NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID which leads me to believe that the TLS certificate on the shopify side needs to be refreshed too? I have waited over 48 hours, shop is down (my shop is rgees-health-fitness)
My solution finally was to re-deploy from the Shopify Shop and the CNAME was created accordingly (but not as shown in the Shopify help ... :O)
I have solved the topic ... waiting for help on this thread would have put us oo Business
What do you mean redeploy from the Shopify shop ?
