SSL For HTTPS wrapped email links from Sendgrid

We use Sendgrid for another business and were able to use a CND to pass https wrapped links. Since Chrome can disable links that are not secure, by not having these links wrapped in a secure subdomain, we run the risk of customers facing dead clicks (as using link tracking via Sendgrid defaults to an HTTP link). 

The issue I see that Shopify offers its own TLS, so I cannot figure out to create a proxy or passthrough for these email links. Any ideas?
