I bought my domain through Shopify 29th of September.
In the "Domain" settings it still says SSL pending, and when I go into my website its just a big mess.
I´ve been searching around to fix the problem, but don´t understand how this works.
Is there some genius out there who can help?

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Typically, the SSL certificate will be applied to the domain after 48 hours. Since you specified that you have been waiting longer than the 48 hours, I would suggest reaching out to our live support to take a further look into the domain. Since we cannot authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to view the specifics.

I´ve tried contacting the live support, but it seems like there is just a robot answering me and not leading anywhere. I´ve also seen some other threads here in the community, but can´t manage to do it in my store settings.
Is there any chance I can contact you private, where I can share the sensitive information?
I really have no idea how to make this work, and its starting to become a big problem for my business..

I am unable to authenticate over the Community forums whether that be over a public forum or direct message. However, you should be able to speak with our live support when using the Help Center.
When you navigated to the Help Center to speak with the virtual assistance, did you happen to let it know that you would like to speak with a Support Advisor?
If so, it should direct you to select a store that you would like assistance with to be connected with a Support Advisor. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking with our live support about the SSL pending on the domain.
