SSO & Automated User Provisioning with Azure AD

Hey all -

Looking for some information from anyone that is using Azure AD integrated SSO / Automated User Provisioning w/ Shopify Plus.

I believe we have this configured in our environment.  I am able to add one of our users to an AD group and they show up in our Shopify tenant. When they come in, they say that are "pending" and they will be pending until they accept the invite.  However, these users never received an invite?

Anyone else use this in their environment and can shed some light on what the flow typically is?
