Store been blocked multiple time

Hi ADIL here,

I am from pakistan and open the LLC is USA for accessing business wise and stripe for gateway. still now I have made 2 stores from seperate Email address and put my LLC details and bank account details according to the need.

But after 1 or 2 days the amount get blocked (inactive) by shopify and I am not be able to understand the reason. I need someone to help me in this case. they do send me the emial about asking the business documents and address verfication and i did provide it. I am still waiting for their respone, its so frustrating that it happen to me second time and I can not be able to understand what is getting wrong here. Or HTML issue like IP adress thing please help me here.

Hi, @MirzaAdill1 . I'm happy to share some information to help you with this! To clarify, are you setting up Stripe or Shopify Payments? It sounds like you are setting up Shopify Payments, but I want to double check to ensure I'm giving you helpful advice.

 

Shopify completes standard reviews of businesses that use the platform to ensure they are complying with Shopify's policies, and in some cases we need to take additional steps to verify information. Based on what you described it sounds like you already in contact with us about your account and you are going through this verification process already. There are a number of reasons why an account may need to verify information. We also can't see any of your account details here over the Shopify Community, so we wouldn't be able to tell you for certain what's happening with your account here. For more help you will need to continue working with the team you're speaking to. It's best to wait for their reply since you're waiting on them to review the information you submitted. If you have questions about this process, please reply directly to that email thread so they can help further.

 

All that being said, one reason for these reviews may be because of the details you are entering. It sounds like you are located in Pakistan, but setting up your business as a U.S. business. Shopify Payments is not available in Pakistan at this time so to complete your eligibility review for the U.S. region, we would need to request and review the following information. In some cases we would need to request additional information as well.

 

Information that may be requested:

  • Business Registration documents specific to the region, displaying your legally registered business name, Business registration number, and Business Address.
  • Valid Photo ID for your account representative and any other owners who are not native to the region.
  • Evidence of physical business operations taking place within the region. Examples might include a storefront, a rented or owned warehouse for shipping orders, one of the beneficial owners lives there, etc.

I applied for the shopify payments and they got accepted as well. I also provide the my LLC details and just waiting for them to answer. As i was reviewing other reviews everybody said the shopify team take 2 months to reply ? is it ture

We always try to reply as quickly as possible, but since each case is different, the time it takes for a review to be completed varies. It can depend on a number of factors like the specific work that needs to be done for a review, how busy the team is, and how long it takes for us to receive the requested documentation.
