Hi my shop is under Imperial system units however somehow all products are created and displayed in kilograms ...

In your screen capture (the product edit page) where there is the column that shows your weight, with the KG unit? Beside the KG there are those arrows pointing up and down. If you click on the arrows you will have the option to change the weight measurement from kg to lbs.
