Store discounts overwrite Collab commissions? 🤔

I've been piloting Shopify Collabs on our store with 1 influencer we've been partnered with for awhile via other incentives. Since they joined us via Collabs their sales have been steady; until I started offering discounts at cart.

Now, it seems everytime I run a discount code, this potentially overwrites the sale coming from an affiliate link? Is this correct?

I get it if customer comes in to use the influencers discount code and they decide to use a code on site, but what about if the customer came in via an affiliate link - would our instore discounts still overwrite that commission?

Hi, @cotty. As long as the buyer uses the affiliate's link to complete the order, the affiliate will earn commission. If you're noticing an issue with this please reach out to our support team through the Help Center so we can take a closer look at it with you.
