Are you able to walk me through the steps you are taking to add and save your products? Have you double checked that the products are set to Active and set up to be available on your Online Store sales channel?
When you add a new product it will be considered a Draft product by default. Draft products are hidden from all sales channels so it won't be visible on your online store if it is still in a draft state. To make a product active and available to your online store you will want to follow these steps here after the product has been created.
You can also set a product as active and select the sales channels it will be available to right when you create the product. When adding a product you'll want to edit the Product Status section shown below to make the product active immediately.
