store fronts for whole sale versus just anyone

Does shopify provide GUIs and logic to setup whole sale store fronts that are login specific.  My client has different negotiated contract prices with each whole sale company.  He needs to be able to present a dynamic list of products and prices based on who logs in.  Does shopify already provide GUIs with logic to manage this need?

Or another way to ask the question: Does shopify provide a way to manage relationships between products and users?

If so, and there is documentation, please direct me to it.
