Store inactive after adding card

After I added my credit card and rejected from system, my store has been inactive.

Please let me know how to re-open it

With regards to accessing your store, are you able to tell us more on the errors you are getting when logging back in? Also, we always recommend you try the following local troubleshooting steps: 


  • clear cache and cookies
  • go into incognito or private mode
  • try a different device or browser
  • check your email for any messages from us informing you as to why the account is inactive


Also, for a more immediate assistance, you can also reach out to our live support team who can open up the back end of your end and dig deeper as to what is going on.
