I hope this message finds you well. We are experiencing a critical issue with our Shopify store's checkout page. Customers trying to complete their purchases receive an error message stating that the store is not ready to receive orders, which is significantly impacting our sales and customer satisfaction.
We have attempted to troubleshoot by reviewing our store settings, but the issue persists. This is affecting our revenue and potentially damaging our brand's reputation.
Could you please advise us on the following:
1. Immediate steps to resolve this checkout issue.
2. Whether we should engage a professional Shopify developer.
3. Any preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
Your prompt advice would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
I'm still new here, so this is a big guess, but did you turn on testing payments and not turn it off?

Hey @abdul31
This is definitely a serious issue to get resolved. I strongly recommend double checking for any alerts or banner warnings in your admin when signed in as the account owner. If there are no banners or notices stating that there is a hold or issue with your payment gateway account, and you have confirmed that the gateway is not in test mode, you will want to connect with our chat support team for further help.
