While you have sent on your ticket number, this is not something Shopify staff can access from the forums, as we would need to authenticate you from the help center in order to proceed. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, you have taken the next best step here by creating your support request. Our queues are handled on a first come, first served basis, the time it will take to get an update does depend on what the queue currently looks like and how many requests came in before your own.
