Store loads but is unclickable, after 1 second shadow comes up and i can't press any button.

Hi, my website loads, but after one second something like shadow comes above the screen, and it is not possible to clickk anywhere, does anyone ever expreinced somthing like that?

• What theme are you using?
• When did the issue first occur?
• Have you recently installed any new apps or edited your theme code?
• Have you tried previewing your store in a fresh Shopify theme?
• Have you tried rolling back your theme code to an older datestamp?

Hi Victoria, thank you for your help, i just updated to the fresh version of the theme and now its working smoothly, so i guess something within the code was messed up.

But now its ok, thanks again
