Hello,
I am unable to access my store nor am I able to access Shopify Support. When I try to access my shop which I've done countless times until today, I get the following error:
'If your most recent stores aren't listed, reload the page or try again later.'
I've tried reloading the page to no avail.
My efforts to contact Shopify Support has proven impossible. As when I try I get the following message/page displayed:
To proceed, go to your Shopify account settings page. Ensure that there is a name and email associated with your account in the Details section. View account settings' Which I have and all is up to date.
All of my information is up to date and correct. My email is also showing as verified. I have two step authentication on my account. I am unable to contact Shopify support as I'm caught up in this endless loop of being asked to update account details that I have already provided and is correct.
I use Chrome and have also tried logging in using MS Edge and have the same issue.
I have no idea what else to do. I've spend months setting up my store and adding my products, so completely at a loss as to what to do.
Hope someone can help me with this issue.

Many thanks for your prompt response Maz. Phew, it's reassuring to hear that this is a known issue that's being investigated. I shall keep an eye on the status page and hope this is resolved very soon.

I have been experiencing the same issue as above now for 3 weeks and counting.
I cannot get into my shop, I cannot do business, I do not get response from support, but I am paying.
What Can I do?

I am having the same issue, please help me. I cannot open my store because it says I do not have a subcription even though I do, and i went to get help. When i go to get help, it says this:
I have a name and email with the account, why cant i contact support? I am paying for shopify and cannot even open the store or contact support for help....

Yes, it is still just doing the same thing....... 4 weeks now.......... I am paying for a service I cannot use......
Payment system to shopify platform working 100%, but user access to platform 15%.........

Hi Maz, this problem is still ongoing can you beleive it? We have tried so many things but nothing worked so far.

-Can you please try this link here to try and recover your store, to see if that works.
If you are unable to access live support via the links above, please provide screenshots of the error you're seeing when trying to access them.
Did you try logging in via the Shopify Mobile App? You can download the app here at this link. Let me know how it goes.

Dear Maz,
Thank you for your help. I was experiencing the same issue. I checked all the links you sent and the I get this error in the Shopify support chat box: "An unexpected error occurred".
This is the only way I could access my store:
1. downloading Shopify app
2. login and finding the store link. example: 1234xyz.myshopify.com
3. using that link in the browser
4. clicking the sign-in link at the bottom of page: "are you the store owner? sing in here!"
