Store Ownership Verification: Need Guidance on Uploading XML File
How can I upload an XML file for store ownership verification on my online store? I attempted to add the XML code by pasting it into the theme.liquid file just before the <head> section, but the verification process was unsuccessful. The third-party (government entity) who provided me with the verification XML file has requested that I should upload the entire XML file, rather than just copy and paste its contents.
Could you please guide me on the correct procedure to accomplish this step?
