Hey @urvu1452 , I took a look at the website you shared, and a few things popped out that might help improve conversions:

 

  1. Header & Colors: The green and orange combo is pretty bold. Sometimes, softer or more cohesive colors give a more polished feel and help make the browsing experience smoother. Maybe test out a color scheme that feels more minimalistic or calming.

  2. Collection Names: Some of the collection names (like “Modern Living Essentials” or “Pet/Accessories”) are a bit broad. Niching down with more specific categories could help customers navigate and find what they’re looking for faster.

  3. Featured Products & Images: Right now, the images in the “Collection List” section are very different in style (e.g., a dog, a bottle, a wooden car). Cohesive visuals help set the vibe and build trust. Consistency in image style might make a big difference.

  4. Homepage Text: Adding a bit more personality to the text on the homepage could be cool! Instead of “Uncover the gems everyone is talking about,” maybe something that speaks directly to what makes your brand unique or why your products are awesome.

  5. Shipping Banner: The green “FREE SHIPPING” banner is great, but it might look cleaner if it blends more with the overall color scheme. Plus, making this message dynamic (like "Free shipping on orders over $X") can encourage people to add more to their cart.

  6. Social Proof: If you don’t have product reviews or testimonials on the site, adding them could help build trust. Showing some love from past customers (if available) usually helps convince new ones to hit that “Buy” button.

  7. Landing Page Optimization: Create a strong first impression with a clean hero image showcasing best-sellers and a clear value statement. Add sections for “Best Sellers” or “New Arrivals,” and include social proof like reviews to build trust. Keep navigation simple and add clear “Shop Now” buttons to guide visitors.

  8. Loyalty Program: This approach has become increasingly popular among brands these days. You can implement a points-based system where customers earn rewards for purchases, referrals, or sharing. Offer tiered levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold) with increasing perks, like exclusive discounts or early access. This will incentivize repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
