stuggling re-position chat bubble button, help please

Hey guys,
I'm using Dawn theme, I want to add Shopify's chat but it hides my sticky add to cart section.

I want to apply rule only on product pages and to make the button change his bottom position according to the sticky add the cart section (if its visible or not, it becomes visible if you are scrolling down).
What should I do? Can someone support or faced this kind of problem? thanks!
