I hope this email finds you well. My name is [mohammed yaseen], and I recently signed up for a 3-month trial subscription with Shopify. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with my trial subscription.
On [24/10/2023], I made a payment of 20 Indian Rupees to activate my 3-month trial, but unfortunately, I have been unable to use the services I signed up for. I am reaching out to request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could either assist me in accessing the 3-month trial benefits or refund the 20 Rs to my account. I have attached a copy of the payment receipt for your reference.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from my end to help with the resolution process. I am looking forward to your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to use your trial so far. To clarify, are you having trouble logging in, or did you just need to step away for a bit?
