Subtotal price not working

Hello, I am using Ella Theme. The subtotal field on the product detail page is not working. When I increase the quantity, it should increase but it remains at the price of a product. Where can I fix this? I checked the blocking status of the applications I use, but there is no application related to price. Which is the liquid file of the product detail page in Ella theme?
