Suppress Dynamic Checkout on Subscription Products

Hello, I currently run subscriptions through Bold v1, and subscription checkouts need to run through Bold's cart in order to process/save correctly. 

We want to keep Dynamic Checkout as an option for one-time purchase, but we need to suppress it for subscription orders. If a consumer tries to purchase a subscription and goes through a Dynamic Checkout alternative, they do not get the subscription benefit and we lose out on a subscriber.

As seen in the attached document, we have been able to work with Bold to conditionally suppress the Dynamic Checkout option on the product page. However, they have not been able to suppress the Dynamic Checkout option on the cart page. 

Is this possible?
