Swap position of Account icon and Search Icon in Dawn Mobile View

I am using Dawn Theme, and in mobile view I want to swap the position of the Account icon and the Search icon. 

Right now, the Searcg icon is clearly visible in the navigation bar, however users have to click on the burger menu to find the Account icon on the far bottom. Is there any way I can swap the position of the Account icon and the Search icon?
