Tell customer where their order is being fulfilled from

Hi,

Can I get some assistance (code) on how to put on the order notification email template, where the order for the customer is being fulfilled from? We have 11 locations and shipping from different places, and we need to tell them which store it is being shipped or fulfilled from and to contact that specific store if they need to change/cancel etc.
