Temporary closing the store without pause

Hi, where can I contact support if you I want to request few months the account to not be billed since something came up in my life and I am no longer able to continue the store, but I want to start working on it in few months. I don't have any orders, or products added, just empty store with store details.

I got a custom domain attach to the store and I don't want to lose the store's url permanently.

I am on the starter plan, I cannot afford or need bigger plan because I don't need those features at the moment.
