Hello, 

I am not able to create a private app and I am getting this message: "The apps list isn’t available right now. Check back later.".

Could this be because of some settings?

I have collaborator access to the account.

Thank you for sharing your question with our network. I did quite a bit of research for you, and I wasn't able to replicate the error you are experiencing. With that being said, as it turns out we did experience some temporary hiccups in service (shopifystatus.com/) around the time frame you posted your question. Let's rule this out as a potential cause by trying the following:

• Try clearing cache/cookies of current browser
• Try from a different, up-to-date, browser
• Try from a different network connection

If you are still running into this error at that point, please grab me screenshots of your experience as well as timestamps and I'd be more than happy to troubleshoot further with you.
