Hello, I have a shop https://shop.xnet.company/, but when I add the product to the card, the card is empty. Could you please help with that?

Hello, I fixed problem. The problem was with my theme code.
Solution:
1. I created a fresh new theme and check whether it is working or now,
2. Then I copied code for problem page from fresh theme to my theme
3. It working fine and solved my issue. But before saving copy old code from the problem theme somewhere in the case in may be needed.

Could you share when the issue first started and if it happens with all products in your store?
When navigating to your store, I added the product XG1 Marconi to the cart as I was not able to add the other two products because they're sold out. When adding this product I experienced the same issue where the cart drawer updates to 1 however, the cart states it's empty.

I'd like to gather more context regarding the issue. Could you share more information on the following:
In the meantime, I recommend previewing your store in a fresh Shopify theme to see if the issue persists. This can help us identify if the issue is related to something with your theme/theme code. Secondly, you can try rolling back your theme code to an older date stamp to locate the time/date that the issue started.

@Victoria Hello Victoria, I edited the code, but I rolled back it as it showed in the documentation. I installed another theme and tried to add it to the card and it is working. But how can I fix my current theme issue?

Since the cart function works as expected in a fresh unedited Shopify theme, this indicates it is something related to your current theme. Could you share which theme you were previously using? The reason I ask is, if it's a Shopify-powered theme, we may be able to take a look and offer support for your theme.
