Hi, there,
I shared a preview link by clicking "Share preview" button on the preview page
My tester did the following:
- Clicked the link I shared with him
- The link was opened in the browser (we tried Chrome and Firefox). The share link seemed a randomly generated domain.
- We went to a product page and clicked "add to cart" to buy a product
- We were redirected to the cart page of a live domain (not that randomly generated domain)
- the added product wasn't shown in the cart
However, if we go to the cart page of that randomly generated domain (by filling in the link in the browser), we will see that added product. So what's going on here? Why does the "add to cart" action trigger a redirection to the live domain (please note the preview bar shows at the bottom, it means it is still in preview mode)?
It is a very confusing behavior. The empty cart makes us think "add to cart" is broken and takes many times to investigate it.
Is it a by-design behavior? Or did we miss some configuration to cause this unexpected redirection?
