For the past few days I've been dealing with an issue, trying to login to my old store that we launch every Q4, since it's a seasonal product. Couldnt get the 2fa via sms, so managed to contact the live support 2 (two) times and they solved the problem, but after successfully received the 2fa code, I also needed a ten digit security code sent to my email, but I don't receive the code the same way I didn't receive the 2fa at first. So once again we go to the help center to look for a live support and all I find is some half baked AI assistant that cannot help at all, since when I choose I can't login to my store and ask it to connect me with support, it asks me to provide more info and then login to the store? Even when I managed for it to give me a link to support, the email us button didnt do anything, so what's the point of support now if the only thing a help center provides is help for issues that are easily solvable by just using your brain for a second?
