The WWW for my domain does not work. How do I fix this?

So my domain address with the www does not work, but the address without it does. How do I fix this in Shopify? I need both to work. Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out and helping me with this! It is much appreciated.
I created a cname record, but when I use the www in my address, I get a “Your connection is not private” message. Shopify doesn’t allow me to do much with my redirects. When I click the 3 dots on the upper right hand corner, all it does is provide a “view” option of the page that is being redirected to. I’m not able to do anything more.
