Theme customizer loading Problem

Their is loading problem when try to customize your store. I wanted to add review to one of my product using judgeme and it wanted my to edit something within that page but when I selected the product the editor for it isn't loading at all. I've been waiting for literally 2 hour for it to load and it still hasn't loaded yet. My internet is running really well and has no problem loading other stuff but with that, it is just forever loading. Can assist me with this problem I'm having Screenshot_20230806_120925_Chrome.png

Thanks for reaching out to us here.


I can see that you're using a mobile device from the screenshot you provided. We recommend using a desktop device for ease of use and for editing your theme, however the app version can be used as well.


Can you make sure your device is running the most-up-date version of the Android software, and make sure the Shopify Mobile application is up-to-date as mentioned here at this link. 


Next, you can try clearing the apps cache, by following the below steps:

    1. Navigate to Settings > Apps & Notifications > App Info (May also be Settings > Apps > Your Apps).
    2. Choose the Shopify Mobile app from the list.
    3. Click/Tap Storage.
    4. Click/Tap both "Clear Cache" & "Clear Data" reading any notifications and accepting the action.
