Theme editor horizontal scrollbar missing

Am I the only one that the horizontal scrollbar is missing in theme editor because I cannot find it on my end? If you do SHIFT+MOUSE Scroll it will scroll horizontally but the point is why there Is no horizontal scrollbar?

I'm on a Mac laptop, but mine doesn't show either until I two finger scroll left or right on my trackpad.

This only occurs for the new theme editor, the old one is just working fine. I'm using windows.

Any errors in your console log? Sometimes extensions can mess things up. I have to keep my ad blockers off for admin section.
