Theme Features

Can someone steer me to a list of the definitions of the theme features. .i.e., Sticky Header and all the others

Also, is there a way to compare theme features. i.e., can load a video, more than 10 products, etc. 

I looked a little bit but neither of above is obvious and would be a better experience if they were for novice like me.

There isn't an official list of theme features because of there being so much variety in themes, they may have different names, etc. 

With that said, a sticky header, which is also referred to as a fixed header, is a kind of navigation bar or header element that remains visible and fixed in place as the user scrolls down a webpage.
