Theme Not Showing As Purchased - (Trying To Update Theme)

So I'm trying to update a Shopify theme, and upon going to the theme store to download the updated version, it doesn't recognize that I've purchased it. It lets me download the trial, but still tells me to purchase it to publish. I'm on the same account it was purchased on. Any help would be great, thanks!

Thanks for sharing your question with our network. Purchased themes are eligible for unlimited updates for the life of your account.

You mentioned you are using the same account that was used to purchase the theme, and still being prompted to pay again. Help us troubleshoot further by heading to Admin > Settings > Billing  to gather a receipt of your theme purchase. All of your invoices are available here, so you shouldn't have a difficult time locating proof of your theme purchase.

I am having the same issue with a theme I have purchased that I am trying to update. It doesn't recognise my purchase in the theme store and I am given no option to update it within my store/login theme area. I have downloaded a PDF of the original bill for the theme from within our account.
