Theme.scss is gone, and no theme.scss.liquid is there either

Hi all! So I usually find solutions to my issues on this forum, and most involve editing/adding to the theme.scss asset, but with Shopify's doing away with scss, it is gone. I also have no theme.scss.liquid. Where is that code? Thanks for your help.

This path is not there for me- I can not find where to input theme.scss.liquid codes on my theme

I need to input two codes and dont know where to do it because theme.scss.liquid is no longer available on my theme....
