Hi everyone,

I faced the problem with access to my Shopify account.

I’ve tried to reload the page many times, but the message is the same: There’s a problem loading this page. 

Please advise how I could solve this issue.

i did this everything which you tell. i opened (incognito page) then login
shopify but it doesn't work i clear cache, cookies and browing history
everything i did but still i m facing this error kindly solve my problem

Hi, I’m having this issue as well. The message reads “There was a problem with Spotify for Artists that has prevented this page from loading. Please try again later.” The primary reason for me switching distribution to shopify WAS its connection with spotify- what gives?
