Hi! I am migrating my ecommerce store to Shopify and I just finished connecting my domain (youmatter.mx) to Shopify but I get the following error when I go to my site:
I already tried clearing my cache and checked on different browsers in incognito mode and got some friends enter the site and the error keeps showing on every situation.
My previous platform used Cloudflare's services. I found some articles online and it might have something to do with it.
Hi @FernandoDel,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with your domain, to ensure this gets resolved.
After taking a closer look, I was unable to replicate the issue and had no problem accessing your shop (youmatter.mx).
To be safe, I examined the domains DNS Records but found no errors here and is successfully connected to the shop. The error you saw may have simply been due to the domain propagating, which can sometimes cause downtown while the domain successfully connects.
If however, you continue to see this error, please feel free to connect with our support so we can investigate further. You can head to our Contact Page and log into your shop to start a chat with us. Be sure to select a topic (i.e Starting a store) after logging in and scroll to the bottom of the page to view our live support options.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Hi Blair! Thank you very much for replying. I am now experiencing a different problem. The site shows either an error or loads correctly depending on how someone access the site. For example whenever I try to load the site using WIFI it shows the following error:
But when I use my cellular data I have no problem with it.
I used the Whois lookup tool to verify the records of the domain and found that the IP address and IP Location points to different locations compared to all domains of sites hosted by Shopify. Could that have anything to do with it?
